Who We Are?
We are teachers committed to the holistic development of Mexico, firmly believing that education is the primary catalyst for addressing the complex challenges facing our country.
Our objective is to begin with communities in Chiapas by providing accessible, high-quality education, especially in areas with the greatest educational lag, in order to reduce the educational gap and promote social development by building a more aware and responsible society.

A Brief History of AECH A.C.
In our commitment to providing quality education and support to communities in Chiapas, we have carried out the following activities and projects:
STABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CLASSROOM IN MOLINO DE LOS ARCOS (2022)
In July 2022, we renovated a house and transformed it into a classroom for community-based learning.
We inaugurated the classroom in August 2022, with the attendance of local authorities and the Molino de los Arcos committee.
WE PROVIDED CLASSES TO 28 CHILDREN FOR ONE YEAR IN THE NEW COMMUNITY CLASSROOM OF MOLINO DE LOS ARCOS (2022).
We served 28 students for one year, providing classes in mathematics, Spanish, computer science, and English three times a week.
ENGLISH CLASSES IN NICHNAMTIC (2022)
During 2022, we provided English classes for five months (July–December), every Saturday, to 25 primary and secondary school students in the community of Nichnamtic, in the municipality of Chamula, Chiapas.
SUMMER COURSES (2022)
In 2022, we organized a summer course where we provided mathematics and English classes to primary and secondary school students with the aim of strengthening their learning. At the end of the program, we issued participation certificates to our students.
SUPPORT FOR PATIENTS AND FAMILIES AT THE HOSPITAL DE LAS CULTURAS (2023)
In our commitment to fostering empathy and altruism among our students, in January 2023 we shared a moment of solidarity by providing food to the families of patients at the Hospital de las Culturas.
DONATION OF GIFTS AT THE ZINACANTÁN BOARDING SCHOOL (2024)
In July 2024, we visited the Zinacantán boarding school and shared moments of joy with the students by giving them gifts, aiming to inspire smiles and strengthen their self-esteem.
ENROLLMENT OF STUDENTS FOR THE AECH BOARDING PROGRAM (2024)
With the aim of helping more children complete their studies, the Asociación de Apoyo y Educación en Chiapas A.C. was formally established in August 2024, operating a boarding program where girls and boys can continue and complete their basic education in a comfortable, safe environment adapted to their educational needs.
Therefore, this year we visited communities to identify students interested in continuing their basic education at our facilities.

STUDENT RECRUITMENT AND CLOTHING DONATION FOR CHILDREN IN THE YALTEMDE COMMUNITY (2025)
In October 2025, we visited the community of Yaltem, Chamula, with the purpose of engaging in dialogue with local residents about our boarding school educational project and gaining a deeper understanding of the educational needs faced by the community.
During this visit, in addition to sharing information about our work, we provided clothing donations for the children of the community, reaffirming AECH A.C.’s commitment to offering comprehensive support to families and promoting access to dignified education with equal opportunities.
EDUCATIONAL PROJECT “EDUCACIÓN SIN BARRERAS” IN THE COMMUNITY OF SANTO TOMÁS, AMATENANGO DEL VALLE
In October 2026, we had the opportunity to visit the community of Santo Tomás in Amatenango del Valle, Chiapas. During this visit, the community shared with us the difficult situation faced by its children and adolescents, who had no access to basic education, mainly due to the distance from schools and the economic limitations of their families.
This is how the educational project “Educación Sin Barreras” was born, which seeks to bring classrooms closer to communities without access to schools, restoring spaces that will give life to new students and preparing teachers to help them complete their basic education.
For one month, we helped restore a space where the children of the community could receive classes.
Thus, in November 2025, more than 20 children were able to begin or continue their basic education with the support of our teacher. As part of the inauguration of this project, we also provided educational materials, including books, notebooks, colored pencils, and other school supplies, so they could start their schooling without barriers.
Our commitment to education and community support remains strong. As we look to the future, we are focused on expanding our programs and services to reach more people.
We are excited to continue working alongside our communities to build a more prosperous and equitable future for all.
